Welcome Emma Cochran as our Junior Quantity Surveyor.

Emma has joined our quantity surveyor team as our junior quantity surveyor working alongside Rachellane and Clint daily.

Emma brings loads of enthusiasm, a strong knowledge of residential surveying to our team and we look forward to seeing her graduate very soon.

By Design Concrete and Paving is looking forward to her grow as a young quantity surveyor and supporting her every step in her future with us.

I have over 40 years of hands-on experience in the concrete and paving industry, both here in New Zealand and in Australia.

Our clients entrusted our team of craftsmen to place this stunning Firth white stone concrete driveway at their gorgeous home.

A very rare opportunity to pour white cement. The behind the scene planning took a lot of preparation to ensure this project was absolutely perfect! check out the amazing photos below to see all the outstanding paving works we also completed on this project, in and around the beautiful pool, entertainment area and tennis courts.
