By Design Concrete and Paving is an accredited Site Safe New Zealand member. All our experienced staff have their Site Safe certification and First Aid certificate and receive regular training and updates.

We deliver high-level, compulsory training sessions at our monthly Health and Safety meetings, and staff regularly attend external training sessions as required.

We hold equipment re-training for all staff members, and staff attend daily or weekly Tool Box meetings on-site.

We have annual Health Checks for all our staff. Our Health and Safety Officer keeps staff fully updated on any changes regarding Health and Safety requirements, compliance, and staff and contractor responsibilities on all sites.
