We used Peter and his team for paving and concrete footings for glass balustrading around a pool. Plenty of curved balls were thrown and the guys took them all effortlessly in their stride.
Footing had to be much bigger due to ground conditions, concrete had to be changed to a higher strength at the last minute to suit the balustrade clamp fasteners and the pavers I ordered came in with defects so the job had to be stopped for some months while I the pavers were re-manufactured.
Great bunch of guys, never complained and turned up when they said they would. Quality of the work is exceptional, pavers are all level and spacing between pavers is even.
I couldn’t have asked for better service or quality, so can only give 5 stars. Well deserved, thanks guys.

The By Design team created an EPIC driveway for my parent’s property. Seeing it grow from a plot on a hill to what we have now is incredible 🙂 The concrete work turned it from a WIP into something really beautiful!
The team at By Design are very knowledgeable and professional. They took on my backyard with resounding success. Retaining walls, concrete (flat, stairs and slope), earth removal.
Not the easiest yard to get a mini digger to either but this team did. Weather was a bit poor however the guys came back during the concrete curing to cover over with tarps to prevent rain disrupting the finishes.
They finished in the time they said and included a full morning for tidy-up. Would use again in a heartbeat.
